Tasks: Conception of the project, offer bid and contracting, budget management and controlling,
coordination of the staff and suppliers, operative overview during the event, follow up and invoicing

- September 2017: Project Management and direction of the hosts team for the congress of an international organisation with 600 participants at the Hotel Intercontinental in Berlin
- May 2017: Location scouting, destination management, transportation management and organisation of 15 guided tours and activities à la carte in Berlin for 200 guests of a German company
- 2013-2016, once a year: Direction of the host team for the convention of an IT company from the USA with ca. 3000 international guests in Berlin
- 2016: Welcome dinner, transportation and staff management for a medical congress with 450 participants at the BCC in Berlin
- 2016: Full incentive for the clients of a Canadian supermarket chain with ca. 360 guests, transportation logistics, city tours, gala dinner at the Deutsches Historisches Museum in Berlin
- 2015: Organisation and coordination on site of individual transfers for the meeting of an IT company from UK, with 60 clients in Hamburg
- 2015: Planning and realisation of the transportation logistics and city tours in different languages for the incentive of a IT company from France, with ca. 450 guests in Berlin
- 2015: Project management, planning (in team) and realisation of 2 incentives for a Bank company from France with respectively 90 employees and 150 clients in Berlin
- 2014: Dinners and day tours for the spouses and families of ca. 500 international guests of a global law firm from the USA in Berlin
- 2014: Full Incentive in Berlin for an international bank with ca. 120 guests, incl. a Pop-Up Street Art exhibition with 3 Berlin artists in the E-Werk
